    "MoneyLine" is confidential, convenient, and easy to use!

    "MoneyLine" is safe...only you will have your Account Number and Authorization Code. It will take both of these numbers to access your account.

    There is no charge to the member for using "MoneyLine".

    "MoneyLine" can do many transactions for you:

  • Send you a check in the mail
  • Give savings rate quotations
  • Give balance inquiries
  • Tell you if a share draft has cleared
  • Make loan payments from your share account
  • Transfer from shares to share draft or share draft to shares
  • And many, many more transactions

Instructions for Using MoneyLine

  1. Dial MoneyLine. It will prompt for your account number. Touch#
  2. Next, you will be prompted to enter your authorization code. This is the number (four-digit) that you selected when signing up or MoneyLine. Touch #. For security, do not keep a written record of your account number and authorization code together. If the numbers are lost or intercepted, contact your Credit Union.

Sample Demonstration

This sample is an inquiry to find out if check number 1234 has cleared.

MoneyLine says: Please enter your transaction code, or 99 for list and #.
You touch: 364#
MoneyLine says: Please enter your suffix.
You Touch: 1234#
MoneyLine says: Your check in the amount of $100.00 was paid on May 12. Please enter your check number.
You touch: *# (to exit this inquiry)
MoneyLine says: Please enter your transaction code, or 99 for list and #.
You Must touch: *# (to exit MoneyLine)

MoneyLine Tips

  • There is no charge to the member for using MoneyLine.
  • A touch-tone telephone is required to use MoneyLine.
  • Transactions can only be made within the same account/member number.
  • Transfers are not permitted on the following accounts, IRA and Christmas club.
  • No one can use MoneyLine to obtain information on your accounts without your account/member number and your authorization code. If you feel an unauthorized person may have your code, use transaction 746# to create a new authorization code.
  • MoneyLine transactions will appear on your statement, inquiries will not.
  • It is not possible to accidentally transfer out of your account or have funds misplaced. If you accidentally touch the wrong key, follow it with the # sign. MoneyLine will inform you that you have entered an invalid code or number and ask for a new one. As a last resort, you can always terminate a call by pressing the * and # keys. You can call back immediately and try again.
  • If your are unable to bet MoneyLine to work, check first to be sure you are pressing the # key after each transaction. If you still have difficulty, call the Credit Union during regular business hours for assistance.
  • The telephone keys are used to enter codes, suffix numbers and loan numbers. The * is used as a decimal and the # key is used to complete an entry.
